No, it's a working session. The goal is to diagnose whether safety is actually blocking your growth and what would need to change. You’ll leave with a 90‑day plan either way. If there’s a good fit, we’ll explain how our managed safety program works, but there’s no obligation.
How much time do I need to prepare?
If you have it: EMR, recent incidents, and one example of a prequal request. If not, no problem.
Who should attend?
Owner + Ops/PM is best. If not, whoever owns safety and prequal.
Is there any cost for the planning session?
No. The planning session is free. We invest the time because most contractors who see the value choose to continue working with us.
