How can I upload my company's orientation or custom training course?

How to upload your companies orientation material into the safety evolution software



  1. From your dashboard, click on Employees
  2. Click on the Training tab
  3. Click on Add Training and choose Create New Custom Course
  4. Fill in the desired Course Name
  5. Fill in the Certification Duration or click Does Not Expire
  6. Find your Course in the list below, click Manage and Edit Custom Course
  7. Click Add Unit
    1. Fill in the Name
    2. Upload a video directly, powerpoints must be hosted on your OneDrive and linked in, Online videos can be embedded in
  8. Click Create Unit
  9. Chose if you want to:
    1. Add Test
    2. Add Unit (Correct the current Unit)
    3. Start Assigning Employees

 

    1. Add Test
      1. Fill in Passing Score, click Add Question
      2. Choose the Type: Radio Button - only one answer, Checkbox - multiple answers, Text - sentence/paragraph content. ( answers in text will not be included in final test mark)
      3. Fill in Text for the question and fill in the Answer Choices
      4. Choose the Correct answer by checking the box to the right of the correct answer
      5. Add Question for more questions and repeat steps ii-iv
      6. Click Save Test
      7. Click Preview Test
    2. Add Unit
      1. Along the top you will see Home / Courses / (Name of your Course)
      2. Click the (Name of your Course)
      3. Click Add Unit and repeat steps 7-9
    3. Start Assigning Employees
      1. Along the top you will see Home / Courses / (Name of your Course)
      2. Click the (Name of your Course)
      3. At the bottom under Active Enrollments you will be able to choose an employee from the list and click Enroll Employee. Alternatively: you can go back to your full training view of courses, click to open the desired course and click multiple users to add at the same time.
