Inspections for equipment should always be tied to the Asset they are performed on. They should flow to your analytics, along with being able to view within the specific Asset. If you don’t have the proper inspection document attached to an Asset Typ
- Click on Assets from the sidebar menu
- Click on the Type of Asset your Asset is in
- Click on the
Edit Pencil on the far right (should your table be too large, you will have to hit the
Blue Plus to find the Edit Pencil
- Scroll down to see Migratable Inspections, within that list, look at the identifier and see if items match this asset
- Click the checkbox to the right
- Click Save
Your Asset has now been updated with the information you provided. You can use this view to see other Identifiers, proceed to that Asset and link the inspection.
