How can I add certifications or tickets to a worker's profile?

Upload your workers certificates that you have on file into their profile. You must be an Admin, Designate or Owner to do this.

  1. From your dashboard, click on Employees
  2. Click on the Name of the employee to adjust and a new window will open
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Click the tab Certificates
  5. Click Select Images... and chose the image of your certificate(s)
  6. Fill in the Certification Name, Certified On and Expires On (Should it not expire, click the toggle wheel to the right and check Does Not Expire
  7. Click Update Profile

You can now keep all your workers certifications up to date and add any new certifications in the future if needed.
