How to add, update, or change a site, supervisor or HSE supervisor

Over time your company will change the amount of sites and supervisors, here is how to add or adjust those settings.



  1. From your dashboard, click Company Settings
  2. Click Sites & Supervisors

Add a Site:

  1. Fill in the details for Site Name
  2. Click in the Site Supervisors field to choose your supervisor(s)
  3. Click in the HSE Site Supervisors field to choose your HSE site supervisor(s)
  4. Click Save Site

Edit a Site

  1. Find the site name you want to edit, on the right side click the pencil 
  2. Adjust the fields needed
  3. Click Save Site

You now have the ability to keep all your sites and supervisors up to date to ensure the workflow for corrective action remains in place.
